Returns

Do I have to pay for a return?

  • No, you don't need to pay the return fee, seller will cover the return fee and will release a return label to you.

What condition of item can be returned and refund?

  • Item must not been used, not affect second time sale.

What condition of item can be exchanged?

  • The item style/color/size you don't like;
  • Come in damage.

How many days can be returned or exchanged?

  • 30 days after delivery date.

 

How do I arrange a return?

  • To arrange a return please contact our customer service team at     joywayluggage@gmail.com. Please state “Return Request” in the email subject header and include the following details:

    • Full name
    • Email
    • Order number 
    • Number of items to be returned
    • Name of items being returned

    When we have this information we will email you with a returns label within 48 working hours. Please package up your items in their original packaging including the dust bag if applicable, attach the label and take the package to a UPS drop off location. You can find your local drop off point HERE. When we have received your item, we will process your refund in 3-15 working days.

How long does a refund take to process?

  • Please allow up to 3-15 days from when we receive your returned item, for us to process your refund.
