Shipping Policy

All products are shipped from United States.

Order process Time: 3-5 working days to process, plus 3-5 working days delivery.
Shipping Cost:
No PO BOX address is accepted.
Free Shipping over 50$ for US addresses.
Standard Shipping Cost: USD6.99 (order less than USD50)
We ship via UPS, USPS.
No international delivery so far.
For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.
Tracking of your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page.
Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.
Taxes Cost:
Each item cost taxes cost, you can view the taxes cost before check out.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at joywayluggage@gmail.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Free Returns:
Seller bear the return shipping cost, 30 days worry-free return policy for you.

To arrange a return please contact our customer service team at     joywayluggage@gmail.com within 30 days you receive the item. Please state "Return Request" in the email subject header and include the following details:

  • Full name
  • Email
  • Order number 
  • Number of items to be returned
  • Name of items being returned

When we have this information we will email you in 48 working hours with a free returns label. Please package up your items in their original packaging including the dust bag if applicable, attach the label and take the package to a UPS drop off location. You can find your local drop off point HERE. When we have received your item, we will process your refund in 5-15 working days.

Lost Packages:
We will resend or refund if the package has been lost during transit, according to the tracking information.
