Returns

Do I have to pay for a return?

  • No, you don't need to pay the return fee, seller will cover the return fee and will release a return label to you.

What condition of item can be returned and refund?

  • Item must not been used, not affect second time sale.

What condition of item can be exchanged?

  • The item style/color/size you don't like;
  • Come in damage.

How many days can be returned or exchanged?

  • 30 days after delivery date.

 

How do I arrange a return?

  • To arrange a return please contact our customer service team at     joywayluggage@gmail.com. Please state “Return Request” in the email subject header and include the following details:

    • Full name
    • Email
    • Order number 
    • Number of items to be returned
    • Name of items being returned

    When we have this information we will email you with a returns label within 48 working hours. Please package up your items in their original packaging including the dust bag if applicable, attach the label and take the package to a UPS drop off location. You can find your local drop off point HERE. When we have received your item, we will process your refund in 15 working days.

How long does a refund take to process?

  • Please allow up to 15 days from when we receive your returned item, for us to process your refund.
